MMI Youth Conference 2025 will take place from June 5-8, 2025, in Bhikhiwind, Punjab.

The specific venue location will be shared with your confirmed ticket.

This conference is a gathering for the youths and is open to anyone who is 15-30 years old and is unmarried.

Please Note: Please register only if you are comfortable communicating in Hindi.

No, water baptism is not mandatory for attending the conference.

The registration fee is ₹200, which includes participation in all main sessions and conference materials.

  1. Fill out the application form with your details.
  2. Your application will be verified with your Pastor/Minister-in-charge.
  3. Once approved, you will receive a WhatsApp notification with a payment link. (Payments can be made via Bank Transfer/UPI)
  4. After payment, you can download your Gate Pass, which is required for entry.

*Meanwhile, if your application is following the guidelines, we’d recommend booking your travel tickets in advance so you can get confirmed travel tickets.

Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another individual.

All participants must Check-In at the venue by 8pm on 4th June, 2025. You can Check-Out after 1pm on 8th June, after the final session.

Shared dormitory accommodations will be provided, including bedding. Private room reservations are not available. 

Please bring your own bedsheets, blankets, and pillows for comfort. We recommend bringing only essential items for the 4-day conference and avoiding oversized bags. 

Please Note: You will NOT be released to go outside the venue after admission.

Yes, meals will be served throughout the conference. However, due to dietary restrictions and allergies, we cannot accommodate specific meal requests. You can bring extra snacks and drinks when you arrive.

No, all attendees must stay at the conference venue for the duration of the event. We will only be able to provide accommodations from June 4- 12pm to June 9 – 6am.

If you need to arrive early or extend your stay, we can assist in finding accommodations outside the venue.

Attendees are responsible for arranging their own travel. We can help coordinate transport from Amritsar Station to the venue, but the cost will be borne by the attendees.

Professional cameras (DSLRs or with detachable lenses), flash photography, and video or audio recordings are not allowed during the main sessions. All sessions will be recorded and available on our YouTube channel after the event.

यह सभा 5 से 8 जून, 2025 तक पंजाब के भिखीविंड शहर में आयोजित किया जा रहा है।

सभा–स्थल का लोकेशन आपके Gate Pass के साथ शेयर किया जाएगा।

यह कॉन्फ़्रेन्स हमारे मसीही नौजवानों के लिए है। इस सभा में केवल 15 से 30 वर्ष के अविवाहित नौजवान भाग ले सकते हैं।

ज़रूरी सूचना: पूरा सभा केवल हिन्दी भाषा में होगा। अगर आपको हिन्दी समझने में दिक़्क़त आती है तो कृपया रजिस्टर ना करे!

इस सभा में भाग लेने के लिए बपतिस्मा आवश्यक नही है। लेकिन ध्यान रखे, यह सभा एकदम नये विश्वासियों के लिए नहीं है!

इस सभा के रजिस्ट्रेशन की कीमत मात्र ₹200 है। पूरे सभा के दौरान आपके लिए भोजन भी प्रबंध किया जाएगा।

  1. आपको Application Form भरना होगा जिसमें आपको अपनी जानकारी देनी होगी।
  2. हम आपके Application Form को आपके स्थानीय सेवक के साथ सत्यापित (Verify) करेंगे।
  3. उसके बाद, आपको WhatsApp पर पेमेंट लिंक भेजा जाएगा जहां आप फ़ीस भुगतान कर सकते हैं। (बैंक ट्रांसफर/UPI के माध्यम से आप फ़ीस भर सकते है)
  4. फ़ीस भुगतान के तुरंत बाद आपको ईमेल पर Gate Pass प्राप्त होगा और आपको वो अपने साथ लेकर आना है।

ज़रूरी सूचना: यदि आपका Application Form निर्देशानुसार है, तो हम आपको अपनी यात्रा टिकट पहले से बुक करने की सलाह देंगे ताकि आपको कन्फर्म यात्रा टिकट प्राप्त हो सकें।

ध्यान रखे – फ़ॉर्म केवल इंग्लिश में उपलब्ध होगा

ध्यान रखे, फ़ीस भुगतान के बाद टिकट कैंसिल करने पर कोई पैसा वापस नही किया जाएगा। अपना टिकट आप किसी दूसरे को नहीं दे सकते है।

सभी प्रतिभागियों को 4 जून – रात 8 बजे से पहले कार्यक्रम स्थल में प्रवेश करना है। कॉन्फ़्रेंस के बीच में किसी को बाहर जाने की अनुमति नही दी जाएगी। आप कॉन्फ़्रेंस के समाप्त होने के बाद 8 जून दोपहर 1 बजे के बाद निकास कर सकते है।

सभी प्रतिभागियों के लिए सामान्य आवास का प्रबंध हैं। सब के लिये बिस्तर उपलब्ध किया जाएगा। अपनी सुविधा के लिए, कृपया अपनी स्वयं की बेडशीट, कंबल और तकिए लाएँ। यह कॉन्फ़्रेंस केवल 4 दिनों का है। उसके अनुसार केवल ज़रूरत का सामान ही लेकर आए।

निजी आरक्षित कमरे उपलब्ध नहीं हैं! आपके सहयोग की अपेक्षा करते हैं।

पूरे कॉन्फ़्रेंस के दौरान, किसी को भी सभा–स्थल से बाहर जाने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी। हम केवल 4 जून – दोपहर 12 बजे से 9 जून – सुबह 6 बजे तक आपके आवास का प्रबंध करा सकेंगे।

यदि आप जल्दी पहुंच रहे है तो कृपया हमें पहले से सूचित करें, ताकि हम आपको बाहर आवास ढूंढने में मदद कर सके।

प्रतिभागियों को अपनी यात्रा का प्रबंध स्वयं करना होगा। अमृतसर स्टेशन से भिखीविंड तक पहुँचने में हम आपकी सहायता ज़रूर कर सकते हैं लेकिन किराया आपको खुद देना होगा।

इस सभा के दौरान Professional Cameras (DSLR, GoPros इत्यादि), फ्लैश फोटोग्राफी, वीडियो या ऑडियो रिकॉर्डिंग की अनुमति नहीं है। हम चाहते हैं कि आपका पूरा ध्यान, दिये जाने वाले शिक्षा पर केंद्रित रहे।

पूरे सभा की रिकॉर्डिंग आप हमारे YouTube चैनल पर दोबारा से सुन सकते है।

पूरे कॉन्फ़्रेंस के दौरान, सभी के लिए खाने का प्रबंध है। कृपया ध्यान दे, एलर्जी (Allergies) और आहार प्रतिबंधों की वजह से, किसी को भी विशेष प्रकार का भोजन प्रबंध करने में असमर्थ है। अपने खाने-पीने की चीज़ (स्नैक्स, इत्यादि) आप अपने साथ ला सकते है।

ध्यान रखें – प्रतिभागियों को परिसर से बाहर जाकर कुछ खरीदने की अनुमति नही मिलेगी।
